The Menu

Every name is taken literally and every name is a joke you're in on. The food is Michelin-caliber; the room is yours for as long as you want it. Rotating dishes change with the seasons.

    Signature pull-apart milk bread baked in the shape of a curved restaurant booth, with a molten roasted garlic and cheese center. Served with whipped honey butter.

  • Corner Booth Dip

    Deeply caramelized onion dip made from onions cooked for nearly three days, served with house chips.

  • Reserved For Six

    Oversized loaded potato board with smoked cheddar, bacon jam, crème fraîche, and chives. Intended for sharing. Rarely shared.

  • Wait For The Rest

    Tower of warm soft pretzels with beer cheese and whole grain mustard.

  • Table For One More Seasonally rotating

    Rotating chef appetizer, changes seasonally. Always ends up feeding the entire table.

  • The Last Booth Short Rib

    72-hour braised beef short rib glazed with Sticky Booth's Sauce, served over smoked cheddar potato purée.

  • Booth Service Burger

    Dry-aged beef, caramelized onions, house pickles, aged cheddar, and Booth sauce on a butter-toasted brioche bun. Served with duck-fat fries.

  • Window Booth Chicken

    Airline chicken roasted until the skin shatters, served with whipped potatoes and black pepper gravy.

  • Meatloaf Worth Dressing Up For

    Prime beef meatloaf with black garlic glaze, potato pavé, and roasted vegetables.

    Five-cheese cavatappi baked to order with a golden parmesan crust.

Scoot Down Booth's Sweet Cake comes in a single unbroken sheet, so the whole table has to scoot down the bench to get a piece. You'll end up closer to your cake than you intended.
